VOTE! JACKIE ESPINOSA https://karasmagazine.com/2022/08/11/vote-jackie-espinosa/ https://karasmagazine.com/2022/08/11/vote-jackie-espinosa/#respond Thu, 11 Aug 2022 14:55:07 +0000 https://karasmagazine.com/?p=169

Jackie Espinosa, born and raised in North Jersey. Relocated to Central Florida in 1991.

I became a licensed real estate professional in 1986. In 1989 I obtained my first degree in legal studies which later allowed me to pursue a career as a law firm’s senior real estate paralegal.

My first year in Florida was dedicated to education and networking. I obtained my Title Insurance Agent license, Real Estate Broker license, Mortgage Broker License and State Educator’s license for Chapter 494 NMLS (educator and course provider since 2005).

My first job was in Kissimmee (1992) at the First Bank of Osceola as a title agent. I later became the branch manager at the Park Place Gulf Atlantic Title Branch(1993).

My husband (of 31 years), Jorge Espinosa and I decided it was time. Time to live the dreams and goals of entreprenurship. We opened our

first of several businesses in 1995. Professional Mortgage Services and Florida Mortgage Academy became the foundation of our journey, As time prevailed, we developed a love and a deep connection with the community we’ve served.

Throughout our tenure in Kissimmee, we became stewards of several businesses all located in the heart of Downtown Kissimmee’s Historic District, specifically District 4.

Accomplishments: “My biggest accomplishments” are not the businesses we serve as a family, my biggest accomplishment
is understanding the vision of our future and knowing wholeheartedly I have raised two amazing young women. They are my reason, they are my WHY. When I think of them and my grandchildren, I see the vision clearly. We are destined to leave a better world for them and the generations that follow.
